Most clients start with one piece and end up handing us the container. Both are fine. What follows is exactly what we do, and where our own people sit in it.
What each one covers.
No packages, no tiers. The scope is whatever the project actually needs.
Custom design and manufacture
Case goods and furniture in every style, doors, flooring, cabinetry, sinks, brass hardware, and landscape materials from paver stone and river rock through to gazebo kits. Work from your drawing, or bring an idea and let us develop it. The designs come from our imaginations, from yours, or from the collision of the two.
Contract furnishings
Complete room packages for hotel owners, developers and designers, in a range of styles built to budgets from a two star property to a five star plus. Outdoor furniture for pool, lanai and spa in all weather synthetic rattan or grade A teak. Cushions use Urecel Quick Dry foam and Sunbrella fabrics so they survive hospitality traffic rather than looking good for one season.
Interior and landscape design
A distinctive sense of place is the whole job. We work from concept through design to completion, indoors and out, creating settings that flow with what is already around them. Tropical Hawaiian, modern, contemporary, Asian influenced, or an eclectic mix that still reads as one room.
Installation
Ever tried to move a 3,000lb Buddha statue? We have, safely, with minimal impact on the landscape around it. Delivery and installation covers everything bought through us, from a gazebo kit to an antique Javanese canopy bed, and we will replant or relandscape the area afterwards. On larger commercial projects taking full container loads, we supply the crew to devan the container and place furniture inside the project.
Buying and sourcing
Years of buying for our own retail stores, for wholesale operations, and for international clients supplying big box retailers. That built a database we still source from: furniture, decor, accessories, handicrafts, hardware, tools, lighting, surfboards and surf accessories, artwork, and one of a kind antiques. Full time staff in Bali and Java handle pricing, sampling, manufacturing, production, quality control, packing, warehousing and logistics. We can supply custom decorative packaging for retail or multi packed master cartons for wholesale, with labels, bar codes and hang tags.

Bali pulls store owners and buyers from every corner of the globe, and container direct pricing is genuinely there, but only if you know where to go and who is worth your day. We arrange accommodation and transport and set a daily itinerary so you only see suppliers that match what you buy. Order tracking, QC and logistics stay with us, on a fee arranged against your total purchase. You get our own trusted suppliers and the time to actually see Bali.
Down to the handle
The reason a room reads as one thing is usually the small parts. Hardware, hinges, pulls and inset panels get designed with the piece rather than bought off a shelf at the end.
